This policy explains case intake, turnaround estimates, dispatch, delivery, and responsibility for physical case materials.

This policy is for ANB Dental’s professional laboratory customers and should be read together with the accepted case prescription, quote, and clinic account agreement.
Case intake and turnaround
Quoted turnaround times are working-day estimates and begin after ANB Dental accepts the case and receives complete instructions, usable records, and any required components. Public holidays, clarification requests, approvals, remakes, and special materials may change the schedule.
An requested delivery date is not guaranteed until confirmed by ANB Dental. Clinics should allow adequate time for clinical review and fitting before the patient appointment.
Sending physical materials
- Disinfect, label, and package impressions, models, bites, components, and appliances safely and in accordance with applicable infection-control requirements.
- Use the case number without unnecessary patient identifiers on external packaging.
- Protect fragile items and provide an inventory of reusable or high-value components.
- Do not send regulated, hazardous, or biological material unless expressly accepted in advance.
Dispatch and delivery
Available courier methods, charges, service areas, and estimated delivery times are confirmed with the clinic. Risk relating to delivery delays or loss is assessed according to the agreed method, carrier terms, and applicable law.
Inspect packages promptly. Report visible damage, missing items, or incorrect delivery to ANB Dental within two business days, retaining the packaging and delivery evidence.
Addresses and failed delivery
The clinic must maintain accurate delivery contacts, opening hours, and addresses. Redelivery, address correction, remote-area, customs, or storage charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be passed through to the clinic.
International shipments
For cross-border cases, delivery estimates exclude customs clearance. Unless agreed otherwise, the receiving clinic is responsible for local import requirements, duties, taxes, permits, and carrier charges. ANB Dental will provide reasonable commercial documentation for the shipment.
