This policy covers quotations, invoicing, account statements, partial payments, and the correction of account discrepancies.

This policy is for ANB Dental’s professional laboratory customers and should be read together with the accepted case prescription, quote, and clinic account agreement.
Quotes and currency
ANB Dental reviews each case before confirming the laboratory charge. Quotes may exclude delivery, third-party components, taxes, expedited work, and later prescription changes unless expressly included.
Each clinic account operates in its assigned currency. The portal does not perform foreign-exchange conversion.
Invoices and statements
Invoices and account statements identify the relevant case or transaction. Clinics should review them promptly and notify ANB Dental of a genuine discrepancy within 14 days, providing the invoice, case number, and supporting details.
A questioned amount does not suspend payment of unrelated, undisputed amounts.
Payment terms
Payment is due according to the term shown on the invoice or the clinic’s approved account agreement. ANB Dental may require advance payment, a deposit, or settlement of overdue balances before accepting or dispatching further work.
Partial payments are applied to the referenced invoice or, where no reference is supplied, to the oldest outstanding balance unless otherwise agreed.
Overdue accounts
ANB Dental will contact the clinic to reconcile overdue amounts. Subject to the account agreement and applicable law, portal access, credit terms, production, or dispatch may be limited until the account is brought up to date.
Reasonable recovery costs or late charges apply only where disclosed and lawfully agreed.
Corrections and credits
Ledger records are not deleted to conceal corrections. Approved credits, reversals, and adjustments are recorded as separate entries so the account history remains auditable. A credit does not represent a cash refund unless expressly confirmed.
