These terms govern laboratory services, case submissions, and use of the ANB Dental Portal by dental professionals and authorized clinic staff.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Effective 27 July 2026.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This policy is for ANB Dental\u2019s professional laboratory customers and should be read together with the accepted case prescription, quote, and clinic account agreement.<\/p><\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Professional service relationship<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

ANB Dental provides custom dental laboratory services to licensed dental professionals and approved business customers. Our restorations and appliances are manufactured from the prescription, records, scans, impressions, and instructions supplied by the submitting clinic.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The treating clinician remains responsible for diagnosis, treatment planning, preparation design, material selection, clinical suitability, patient consent, try-in, fitting, adjustment, and final delivery to the patient.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Accounts and case instructions<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Portal accounts are issued to named users and must not be shared. The clinic is responsible for keeping its user list current and for all case submissions made through its authorized accounts.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Each submission must contain complete, accurate, and lawful instructions. ANB Dental may pause a case and request clarification when records are incomplete, inconsistent, damaged, or unsuitable for production. Requested delivery dates begin only after the case is accepted and all required information is available.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Quotes, changes, and cancellation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Prices are confirmed by ANB Dental after review of the case. Additional work, expedited production, special components, or changes requested after production begins may incur additional charges and affect the delivery date.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A draft may be cancelled before submission. After acceptance, cancellation is subject to the work and materials already committed. Custom-made products cannot be treated as ordinary retail returns.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Clinical and technical limitations<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Digital previews, design proposals, shade guidance, and technical comments support the clinician but are not clinical diagnoses or treatment decisions. Natural variation, substrate, preparation, scan quality, available restorative space, and clinical conditions can affect the final result.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

ANB Dental will use reasonable professional care but does not guarantee a clinical outcome or the service life of a restoration where factors are outside laboratory control.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Acceptable use and responsibility<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. The parties should first attempt to resolve concerns through good-faith discussion. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
